Processing and Delivery
Stock items are typically shipped from our warehouses within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times are specified on all quotations. Once shipped, a Shipment Notification email with tracking details will be shared.

We provide worldwide express delivery for all our products through our preferred logistics partners.

Arrange Your Own Shipping
You may arrange your own shipping. Packing and handling charges may apply. ShivGlobal Marine is not responsible for loss or damage when using your own carrier.

Local Customs Charges
Import duties, local taxes and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Status and Issues
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on location. If items are delayed, out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you and arrange alternatives or refunds.

30-days technical warranty from date of delivery. Replacement or refund will be provided for technical issues.

Item must be unused, in original condition and secured packaging.
